Founded in 2020 by husband and wife, Simon and Claire Warren, The East Street Deli is an independently owned award-winning delicatessen situated in the picturesque Dorset town of Wimborne and in view of the beautiful Minster.
We’re passionate about great food and drink and telling the story behind the incredible producers who create them. Our shelves are filled with high quality, carefully sourced products, whether from Dorset, around the UK or further afield, all chosen for their craft and character.

The Deli
We have a wide range of cheeses, charcuterie, tapas items, sweet treats and store cupboard essentials.
The deli also offers a huge selection of wines, beers, ciders and spirits from Dorset, Britain and beyond. If you’re looking for a cosy evening in, a party for friends and family or ideas for a new dish, we are the place for you.
CHEESE
With a counter bursting with over 60 cheeses from Britain and abroad, we take great pride in making sure our cheese is of the highest quality and sourced from only the finest producers.
We’re passionate about our cheese and want to make sure that standing at our counter is the highlight of your shopping trip. Let us help you find that perfect pairing, whether it’s cheese and chutney, cheese and champagne or cheese and chocolate, we’re here to make sure you taste buds find your favourite fromage!
Our aim is to make you love cheese as much as we do and we’ll happily talk you through the options to make your next cheese board as special as it should be. From Gouda’s to brie’s, from Cheddars to blues there’s just so much so choose!
Each piece of cheese is cut and wrapped to ensure your cheese board is as fresh and tasty as it should be.

Coffee
As a proud stockist of locally roasted Bad Hand Coffee, you can pop in for weekly coffee fix and pick up a bag of coffee beans or we can grind it for you.
Life’s too short for bad coffee and that’s why we have worked with Bad Hand Coffee Roasters in Bournemouth since we opened our doors.
From big dark roast beans to half-caf and decaf we’ve got the perfect coffee for you. We have even worked with the Bad Hand team to produce an exclusive to blend for The East Street Deli.
